TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN

'5% Discount Code' in the online store evamats.eu

1. The entity organising the promotional campaign entitled “5% Discount Code” is ENJOY THE CAR Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Świeradowska 47, 02-662 Warsaw, KRS ( National Court Register ): 0000903683, VAT ID: 7011036353, ( National Official Business Register )REGON: 389105878, e-mail: info@evamats.eu (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”). 2. These provisions apply both to customers with consumer status and to business customers using the Online Store.

3. Acceptance of these terms and conditions is voluntary but required to complete an order in the Online Store using the discount code.

4. The Promotional Campaign allows users of the Online Store to use a discount code in the form of a digital code consisting of letters and numbers, which includes the following elements:

   1. a unique alphanumeric sequence;

   2. the validity period;

   3. information on the minimum purchase value required to activate the coupon, if applicable;

   4. the amount of the discount granted, expressed as a percentage or as a fixed amount (percentage or value coupon).

5. A percentage or value discount code entitles the customer to purchase products available in the Online Store assortment with the discount indicated on the coupon.

7. A value-based discount code cannot be combined with other promotions currently offered in the Online Store.

8. The customer may use the coupon only once during a single purchase in the Online Store.

9. Discount codes cannot be combined. During a single transaction, the customer may use only one discount coupon. Coupon values do not add up, and it is not possible to use multiple coupons simultaneously.

10. A discount code may be assigned to a specific individual. In such a case, only the designated person is authorised to use it in the Online Store. Sharing an individual coupon with another person does not entitle that person to claim the discount.

11. Discount codes cannot be exchanged for a cash equivalent.

12. Discount codes do not constitute a form of payment but represent percentage or fixed-amount discounts granted by the Organizer of the Promotional Campaign.

13. The customer activates the discount by adding the selected product to the cart and then entering the discount code in the appropriate form field. After entering and confirming the valid code, the discount is applied to the current retail price of the product in accordance with these terms and conditions.

14.  A discount code cannot be used after its expiry date.

15. A discount code may not be used by an unauthorised person or by a person who has obtained it dishonestly.

16. Products purchased under this promotion may be returned in accordance with the rules set out in the Online Store Regulations.

17. In the event of a return of products purchased as part of the promotion, the customer will receive a refund for the products in the amount shown on the receipt/invoice.

18. All claims regarding product defects or returns for purchases made using a discount code will be handled in accordance with the general terms and conditions set out in the Online Store Regulations.
