§1 General provisions
- The organiser of the promotion (hereinafter the “Promotion”) is Enjoy The Car Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw, Świeradowska 47, 02-662, Poland, entered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court in Warsaw (Sąd Rejonowy), Commercial Division of the National Court Register (KRS), under KRS number 0000903683, Tax ID (NIP) 7011036353, share capital PLN 5,000 (hereinafter the “Organiser”).
- The Promotion applies exclusively to orders delivered within the European Union, placed in the online store available at https://www.evamats.eu/.
§2 Terms of the Promotion
- To take part in the Promotion, the customer must add a product or products with a minimum total value of €134.99 incl. VAT (after all discounts) to the cart in the online store at https://www.evamats.eu/. The minimum amount does not include shipping costs.
- Every participant who meets the condition set out in §2(1) is entitled to add one (1) unit of the “EVA Home Mat 70×30 cm” to their order at the promotional price of €0.01 incl. VAT.
- Adding the EVA Home Mat 70×30 cm to the cart at the promotional price is voluntary and is done by selecting the relevant option in the cart or during checkout.
- The Promotion may be used only once per order, i.e. a maximum of one (1) EVA Home Mat 70×30 cm may be purchased at the promotional price.
- The Promotion applies only to orders in which the total value of products, after all discounts, is at least €134.99 incl. VAT.
- The Promotion applies exclusively to deliveries within the European Union and is valid until the stock allocated to the Promotion is exhausted.
§3 Complaints
- Any complaints and comments regarding the terms of the Promotion should be sent by e-mail to: info@evamats.eu. The complaints procedure and details concerning the time limits for handling complaints and the right of appeal are described in the store’s main terms and conditions.
§4 Information obligation (data protection)
- The controller of personal data is Enjoy The Car Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw, Świeradowska 47, 02-662, Poland, entered under KRS 0000903683, Tax ID (NIP) 7011036353. For matters concerning the processing of personal data, please contact: info@evamats.eu. Details of the privacy policy can be found in the store’s privacy policy.
- Personal data will be processed for the purpose and to the extent necessary to fulfil the order, on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (“GDPR”).
- Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to fulfil the order and stored until any claims become time-barred or until the statutory data-archiving obligation expires.
§5 Final provisions
- In matters not regulated by these Terms, the provisions of the Polish Civil Code and other legal provisions shall apply.
- Disputes relating to and arising from the Promotion shall be resolved by the common court having local jurisdiction over the Organiser’s registered office. In addition, a dispute may be resolved through mediation or other amicable methods. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the consumer’s country of residence remain unaffected.
- By taking part in the Promotion, the participant declares that they accept these Terms. The participant may withdraw from the Promotion by refraining from the purchase or from finalising the order.
- We inform the consumer of the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with consumer-protection regulations.
